GM-8630 encapsulant silicone rubber is a new type of insulation material by polymerization of organic silicone. Due to no heat release in consolidation, no corrosion and low shrinkage, it could be applied in insulating and encapsulation of electronic components, to form insulation system. The major characteristics lie below:
1, Good fluidity and low viscosity, good deep curing performance;
2, Rubber elasticity sustained in a wide temperature range from-60 degree-250 degree with excellent electrical properties;
3, Good adhesion to most of metallic materials, plastics, rubber materials, etc;
