Product Description

Concentration:
Lidocaine HCl (anhyd. ) 20 mg/ml
Sodium chloride 6 mg/ml
Indications and Usage for Lidocaine:
Lidocaine Injection, is indicated for production of local or regional anesthesia by infiltration techniques such as percutaneous injection and intravenous regional anesthesia by peripheral nerve block techniques such as brachial plexus and intercostal and by central neural techniques such as lumbar and caudal epidural blocks, when the accepted procedures for these techniques as described in standard textbooks are observed.
Contraindications:
1. Local anesthetic allergy is disabled;

Precautions:

Lidocaine Dosage and Administration:
The usual dose for adults used in anesthesia
1. A surface anesthesia: 2%~4% solution, not exceed 100mg one time. Injection does not exceed 4.5mg/kg(without epinephrine) and 7mg/kg (with epinephrine of 1: 200000);
2. Caudal block for labor analgesia: 1.0% solution, a limit of 200mg;
3. Epidural block: The thoracolumbar use 1.5% to 2.0% solution, 250~300mg;
4. Anesthesia or intravenous regional anesthesia: 0.25% to 0.5% solution, 50 to 300mg
5. Peripheral nerve block: Brachial plexus (one side) with 1.5% solution, 250 ~ 300mg; Dental use 2% solution, 20 ~ 100mg; Intercostal nerves (each) with 1% solution.
