Coming from cap feeder, cap is sent to unscrambler on the top of cap washer, where it is organized in order. Then cap goes into cap washer through a chute. Rinsing nozzle sprays sterilizing liquid and drinkable water thoroughly to clean cap. Washing stage includes drinkable water, sterilizing liquid, drip. Then cleaned cap goes to capper via another chute. Fully automatic, ensuring disinfection effect. No dead angle rinsing.
