(1)Features of Diaphram Jig:

(2) Diaphragm jig Structure:
Diaphragm jig is composed of bed, bed head and driving merchandise three part.
The support and feed through anre made up the bed.
Bed connected by the hook on the bed head supports the driving merchandise. With the push of bed head, the bed moves back and forth, The bed head moves under the eccentiric shaft drving the eccentric roller to make rocker supporting arm moving. Like: The rocker supporting arm drives connected the screw to make screw moving back and forth.
The lubricant bearing is used the zqsn5-5-5 material which has low noise and moving neatly.
The driving merchandise is used to adjust the slope of the table, used hand wheel to adjust the slant splint so the bed's slope produced.
