Product description LPMAX printing ink is a kind of high quality gravure printing ink specially designed for printing and laminating treatment on OPP film. It has excellent printability and outstanding laminating performance. Characteristics .1. High laminating strength. It has excellent laminating strength in different kinds of laminating processes such as PP and PE extrusion laminating, dry laminating and non-solvent laminating.2. Excellent printability and hot adhesiveness: It is suitable for printing with all of gravure rotary printing machines with high or low speed. 3. It has very high adhesive force to treated OPP film. 4. It lefts very little solvent residue, the printed product has less odor and meets the sanitary requirement for food packages. Application scopeTreated OPP film (degree of process exceeding 38 dynes) CPP, PP films Application 1. Suitable for printing on all kinds of packages that need not to be boiled under high temperature. 2. Suitable for PP, PE extrusion laminating, and non-solvent laminating. Thinner Users can select No.1, No.2, or No. 3 thinner from LPMAX series, or prepare with the following formula: Basic formula (No. l is the quickest drying type, No. 4 is the slowest drying type) No.1: toluene 20%; ethyl acetate 50%; Methy Ethy Ketone 20%; acetone 10% No.2: toluene 35%; ethyl acetate 45%; Methy Ethy Ketone 20% No.3: toluene 100% No.4: toluene 30%; xylene 70% If there is no solvent used in above formula, following formula can be used: No.1: toluene 20%; ethyl acetate 80% No.3: toluene 60%; ethyl acetate 40% No.3: toluene 100% No.4: toluene 30%; xylene 70% Printing viscosity Suggested viscosity White ink: Zahn Cup #3, 13-16 seconds White ink: Zahn Cup #3, 15-18 seconds It should be adjusted according to the printing speed during printing PrecautionsLPMAX Printing ink is dedicated for laminating, if it is used for inner or outer printing without being laminated, additives should be added in order to increase the rubbing fastness of the printed product.
