Product description
APG type printing ink is a kind of ink for printing on the surfaces of the processed or unprocessed polyethylene and polypropylene films. Please refer to the features and performances of the APG type printing ink.
Features
1. Bright color and high luster.
2. Excellent printability: It is suitable for printing with all kinds of rotary printing presses in different speeds.
3. It has especially strong adhesion to PE and PP films, has a good adhesion even to unprocessed PE films.
4. Good rubbing endurance and scratching resistance.
Application
It is suitable for printing on surfaces of all kinds of PP and PE films, commercial bags, foodstuff packages, and other commodity packages. It is also suitable for printing on cellophane.
APG type ink has 32 colors for users' choice:

In addition to above colors, special colors are also provided according to users' specific requirements.
Reference formula for thinning agent:
1. Quick dry: toluene: Isopropyl alcohol : Acetic ether = 6 : 3 : 1
2. Medium speed dry toluene: Isopropyl alcohol: Acetic ether = 7: 2: 1
3. Slow dry :Dimethybenzene: Butyl alcohol: Acetic ether = 6: 3: 1
In actual application, the products should be selected and adjusted according to the types of printing machines and the printing conditions of the factory.
Printing viscosity
White ink, Zahn cup #3, 16-18 seconds (25) degree centigrade)
Color ink, Zahn cup #3, 17-22 seconds (25 degree centigrade)
Precautions
1. This ink has poor oil resistance, so, it is generally not suitable for printing on packages used to pack products that contain too much oil or fat.
2. During winter, it is better to store the ink in a warm room free from fire and smoke. If the ink becomes gel under low temperature, it can be heated up using hot water or steam to restored the original status before use, the working performance will not change.
