Installation: Surface preparation 1) The substrate must be clean, dry and free of oils, grease, wax, latex compounds, curing compounds, dust and all foreign matter; 2) Make sure the surface is free of gouges, holes, exposed cells, and that the surface is stable and not crumbling or deteriorated. 3) If any such defects are found, repair them prior to proceeding. MIXING It is recommended to use high cycled electrical mixer until make the coating homogeneous. APPLICATION Application should not proceed if surface or air temperatures exceed 60º and humidity less than 60%.High humidity may require longer cure times.. Ensure the material is thoroughly stirred before applying, and applied by a airless spray machine. Decide the thickness and layers based on actual requirements. A second coat is required to be applied when the first coat achieving surface dry(usually takes 1-3hours), spray vertically(90°)onto the first layer. Spray twice or three times according to needs. The film should be maintained until film cured fully.
