FZ Series Grinding and Stirring Granulator
Main Application:
Pharmaceutical industry: Grind raw material, moist material, granulate dry powder and tablets in defective shape. It can recycle and granulate material to required size.
Foodstuff industry: Grind and recycle biscuits.
Others: Grind and granulate coarse material in block and bulk shape.
Operating Principle:
After raw material goes into the feeding port, falls into the cone-shape stirring chamber, it is sheared and pushed by rotating knives to the sieve. Small particles are formed and drop out of sieve. The size of granules is decided by the sieve, the distance between the rotating knives and the sieve, and the speed of the rotating knife.
