Functions and Characteristics
Grinding Shapes: square, oval, round etc.
Grinding Materials: plastic, metal, ceramics etc. (matched with various special grinding consumables is needed)
Grinding Methods: fix the position of grinding wheel to make it rotated, polish shape and surface of work piece, synchronously grind 2 work pieces.
Grinding Angle: the deflection angle of grinding vertically is adjustable from 0 degree to 45 degrees to meet different grinding requirements and save the investment.
Grinding Period: it is proportional to the circumference & quantity of the grinding work pieces (double stations working in grinding simultaneously)
Specification of Grinding Wheel: μ125*180mm, the height of grinding head could be moved, and the utilization rate of abrasive material could be reached 99%.
Auxiliary Function: clean the dust and eliminate the static by ionic wind under high pressure, internal configuration of industry dust cleaner with low noise is optional.
Security Countermeasures: both feeder nose and replacement port of the grinding wheel are equipped with safety sensors to ensure the safety of man-machine.

Future is mainly used for grinding and polishing all kinds of mobile phone shell, use it together with sponge sandpapers of our DLC brand for better efficacy.
