1. Purpose
This steel belt shot blasting machine is primarily for shot-blasting of steel plateto remove the rusty spot, rusty layer and scale cinder on steel to obtain a uniform, smooth and glossy metal surface allowing improved coating quality and higher anti-corrosion performance.

. Structure
In this roller-feeding type high-performance shot-blasting machine, the work-piece is fed to the blasting zone with a conveyer roller driven by a speed-regulating motor, and subject to striking and friction of dense shots blasted by the eight throwing wheels from various directions, resulting in the removal of scale cinders and dirt and a smooth surface with minor roughness. In addition, the dense striking on the workpiece will help to eliminate the stress on the workpiece and prevent it from distorting.
3. Compose
This machine is consisted of the following units: Primary and secondary cleaning room, blasting turbine, feeding system, shot-flowing pipe, elevator, separator, shot-feeding system, dust-removing system, electric control system etc.
