Automatic Submerged Arc Welding
After H type steel structure being assembly, automatic submerged arc welding (gantry welding) is commonly taken into welding process. The automatic submerged arc welding is a kind of method named electric arc welding that the arc burning would be occurred in flux layers. Automatic submerged arc welding has outstanding advantages, there are high weld quality and brilliant protective effect of slag isolated from the air. Furthermore, the welding parameters can be automatically adjusted to maintain stability with stable welded composition and remarkable mechanical properties.

Package
The package of steel structure warehouse is export standard or as per customer request. We usually packed the steel structure warehouse into 40 feet HQ or open top container.
The volume of steel structure warehouse is judged from the size of the steel structure and the thickness of materials.
We offer two types of package ways of steel structure warehouse for client's choice. One type is packed in bulk that refers to pack the steel structure warehouse materials element one by one through the crane and workers. The advantages of it are to save cost and save space. Client can put more goods into the container according to the steel structure warehouse size, specification and features. However, the steel structure warehouse materials maybe wear and tear during the delivery.
The other package way is the overall package. We can make the a steel frame base which can fasten the goods on through the steel rod. After the preparation of the goods, we will put the steel structure warehouse materials and have a good arrangement on the base, and then fasten the materials. And then lift the base and product together into the container. This way will not make the product wear and tear, but it will make the cost increased.
