Our company has a professional factory to produce hair scissors. The factory has handicraft designers and technical experts for scissors. The tool bit of this scissors is made of special steel, which consisted chromium, cobalt, molybdenum and vanadium. The tool shank is made up from stainless steel, casted by Taiwan splendid mould.
