* According to master lay-out drawing offered by a client, make models by scaling with accurate size and fine making
* Apply proe engineer modeling to model hull; Process and form the hull after modeling;
* The hull is covered with glassfiber of 2~3degrees and epoxy resin protective layer
* Troweling and polish by 2~3degrees, repair with primer paint by 2~3degrees, finishing coat & coloration accordin to paint checklist
* As for materials of superstructure, crane, module etc; Model specialized materials will be adopted.
* Copper matal pieces will be adopted for all staircase and handrail with man-made welding for shaping
* Engineering plastics pannel, plexiglass etc; Will be adopted for signal device, mast device with computer engraving, man-made jointing and shaping. Process and form the mast light by using turning machine.
* For anchor and chain, copper metal piece will be adopted with handmade manufacturing and forming.
* Exterior paint is repeatedly sprayed with advanced worksmanship, then 2k car metal baking finish will be finally applied. The surface is smooth and the color lasts long.
* Ship model is equiped with solid wooden base, piano coatings, and sealess PMMA cover.
* The ship model is equipped with a nameplate made by copper
* Export wooden case or aviation case is supplied for long distance transport.
