It is most suitable for drying hank yarns of diverse material, such as:wool, cotton,synthetic and any blended fibers.
Wide range of conveyor velocity ratios and automatic temperature control system meet the diverse requirements from yarns on different quality and material, increase drying efficiency and capacity .
Built-in insulated panels and heat-resistant fibre glass ensure heat insulation.
      The design of hot air recycling system benefits the energy saving and even resurgence on yarns after drying.
      Speed of " main drive and the auxiliary drive "chains is adjusted by inverter.
      A dehumidifying blower is installed for each chamber, which is helpful on energy saving.
There's 1 independent temperature controller for every 2 chambers, which decreases temperature deviation.
Cooling fan installed at both ends to improve the drying efficiency and working environment.
Unique stainless steel hand rod driven by self-rotation device, which ensures even hot air on the hank.
Hank rods return system for labor saving.
