HCA-103 Acrylic Decorating Coating:
[Product]:
Yuhong Brand HCA-103 Acrylic Decorating Coating is processed with 100% pure acrylic acid self- crosslinking special elastic emulsion as base material. The product is characterized by excellent weathering resistance and UV protection. At the same time, it has excellent flexibility and will not crack at low temperature (-30ºC in winter). Excellent dirt-resistance and also maintain long-term high light refection and decorativeness of coating.
It abides by standard Q/SY YHF 015-2005 Acrylic Decorating Coating(refer to ASTMD6083).

[Application Range]:
Applies to decorating protection of various waterproof and heat preservation materials; For example, waterproof membrane, waterproof coating and spongy polystyrene, etc.
[Construction Points]: · Basement: Use various waterproof membrane, waterproof coating and spongy polystyrene heat preservation layer as base.
· Decorating layer: In the light of base condition and requirements, the coating thickness should be 0.3mm~ 0.5mm.
[Construction Process]:
· Base treatment: Waterproof base should be firm, solid, smooth, without sharp angles, and free from rust, oil stain or obvious water stain
· Coating construction: Coating or splashing film former 2 times, at 4~8 hours interval, coating directions should be perpendicular to each other.
[Coating Usage]:
A paint usage of 1kg/m2 for 0.3mm~ 0.5mm-thick film.
[Attention for Construction]: "· Appropriate construction temperature is between 5ºC~ 35ºC, construction is not suitable in rainy days or there is water on the base.
· There might be slight laminating phenomenon before paint barrel is opened for construction, construction can be started after it being homogeneously blended.
· Before full dying of the film, waling on the waterproof layer is strictly forbidden, and protect it from damages.
