Hyfluid Technology (Shanghai) is specialized in the quick-turn customization of skived fin heatsinks (straight fins or wavy fins, the max fins length=500mm for Al and 220mm for Copper, the max fins height=120mm for Al and 30mm for Copper), bonded fin heatsinks, folded fin heatsinks, liquid cooler (cold plate, water block, the max size=2m X 2m) and other precision mechanical parts such as AMCA 210-07 airflow nozzles(per ANSI/AMCA standard 210).

For heatsinks, we have professional software to help customers proceed preliminary thermal analyisis of heatsinks, and optimize the design for customers, our experienced engineers work closely with the engineering department and join the product design, striving to create perfect application solutions for an extremely wide variety of industries.

Hyfluid has the full fabrication capability to produce the parts to your final requirements, customize precision machining, grooves machining and welding water cooler ( or called liquid cooler, cold plate) and Al - Al by friction-stir-welding technology, and soldering or paste heat pipes assembled into heatsinks or cold plate by most reliable process in plants. We also have qualified surface treatment such as Clear Chromate, Clear / Black anodized, EN Plating etc per different requirements. In addition, we can finish mechanical dimensions inspectation, salt fog spray test, air pressure test for walter cooler and some other reliable tests.
