SYQCS3200 pump of Steam Supply Control System is specially designed for customers of different objective conditions, suitable for customers with personalized design. Sub-consolidated cylinder comprehensively concludes many factors such as cylinder steam pressure, cylinder surface temperature, the thermal equilibrium between two segments and the rationality of the layout of pipe.
System Functions:
- The software of this system can both be independently controlled and adjusted or combined adjustment. Combined adjustment is composed of ratio combined adjustment and inferior pressure combined adjustment, which ensures temperature curve of cylinders basically unchanged.
- The steamed pump system and QCS system can exchange data through a virtual servers. The system can be controlled by QCS control system and be compatible with various types of network communications interface and other operational stations.
- The system is accompanied with such functions as automatic press steam wet part cut paper and cut paper automatic recovery. Pressure steam rate of cut paper is set on freedom based on process conditions of paper machine.
Technical Features:
- Steam radial temptation pump technology, popular worldwide, makes full use of radial temptation pressure increasing in paper cylinder. Compared with traditional steam method, it saves steam energy for more than 15%.
- Fully drain the stagnant water in the cylinder, and enhance vehicle speed indirectly at 5%

All the products are applied on many kinds of paper machines.
The company was selected as 'Zhejiang high-tech companies' by the science and technology department of Zhejiang province in 2000 November. There are 106 employees in the company, and 70% are engineers and managerial personnel. For satisfying the continuously extending business, the Shuangyuan office block (Shuangyuan headquarters) at 1418 Moganshan road in Hangzhou city with a gross floor area of 6 000 square meters is opening.
