Our halogen lamps are all made by ourselves including tungsten filament- twisting and shell producing. The output is up to 3000-5000pcs/month. They are mainly used in room heating and industrial baking.
The using life is over 5000 hours with good appearance and high quality. They can be manufactured into different shape as straight, round, circle, U and so on. All the products are made with fine tungsten filament as heating element, different quartz glass tube (transparent, UV, colored, milk-white) as shell, and filled halogen-tungsten gas to prolong the life.
We specialize in the production of milk-white, pearl-shining, dark-red, golden and transparent quartz glass tube, quartz glass plate, quartz pots, quartz glass instruments and a series of quartz products. We also produce different kind of quartz heating elements and quartz halogen lamps. They are widely used in photoconductive fiber, semiconductor, electric lighting, scientific instruments and electric heating industries.
