Amphibious excavator for river dredging

Usually, the stanard amphibious excavator is designed for working conditions where water depth is within 1.2m, 1.2m is the safety height for an amphibious excavator to avoid damage for the main parts for the amphibious excavator, for example, the driving motor. If the water depth exceeds 1.2m, the amphibious excavator will afloat but unstable when working, if the water depth is over 1.5, we strongly suggest that side pontoons&spuds should be applied on our amphibious excavator, because the machiner will be very unstable while doing the excavation work, it will be dangerous for both the amphibious excavator&the operator of the amphibious excavator. Side pontoons provide enough buoyancy for the amphibious excavator while the spuds make the amphibious excavator stable. Please see the pictures below.

Amphibious excavator details introdution

Hefei Get Engineering equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd(. (hereinafter referred to as GET) was founded in August 2014. GET specializes in R&D, manufacturing, sales and related services of engineering equipment and parts, especially Amphibious Excavator. After restructuring from Hefei Zhongda Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, GET continues to provide the same products, meanwhile GET is more devoted to innovation of technology and improvement of quality.

The former company Zhongda Machinery started to manufacture engineering machinery like amphibious excavator, hydraulic breaker, and other spare parts in January 2007. The products are approved by the National Quality Testing Center in 2010 and 2011. Besides CE certificate, Zhongda Machinery got the authorization of ISO9001 quality system in October 2011, and the certification of New Hi-tech Enterprise in November 2011. For amphibious excavator, GET carries out two series: Marsh and floating amphibious excavator according to different working conditions. There are five models of amphibious excavator, GET80, GET150, GET210, GET240 and GET330. GET330 Is now in R&D period and will be in the market in 2015. As for the upper part, it is from Hitachi excavator due to the exclusive partnership with Hitachi Construction Machinery.
