Physical and chemical properties:
Appearance is light brown ropy liquid, Boiling point is larger than 180ºC,Vapour pressure is 0.328MPa(25ºC).Soluble in water is 8.74mg/L(25ºC),soluble in organic solvent larger than 1kg/L (20ºC)including Acetone, Chclohexanone, dichloromethane, Ethanol, Methanol, Toluene, Dimethylbenzene.
Toxicity: Oral LD50 for rats is larger than 393 mg/kg
Usage: It is a selective systemic Phenoxy-hydroxy-acid herbicide which can be absorbed by the root, stem and leaf and translocated throughout the plant.It is widely used to control a wide range of annual and perennial ruderal in bfroad-leaved crops, such as soya, peanut, cotton, rape, flax, watermelon, sweet potato and greenstuff etc.The drug action is steady in low temperature.

Application
Haloxyfop-R-methyl is used post-emergence for control of annual and perennial grasses in sugar beet, fodder beet, oilseed rape, potatoes, leaf vegetables, onions, flax, sunflowers, soya beans, vines, strawberries, and other crops. Applied at 52-104 g a.e./ha.
