Product Description
Soften white powder, hexagonal laminar structure, graphite-like, have good lubricant ability even at 900 degree in air.
Chemical inert, stable in argon even to 2700 degree.
Use nitrogen containing and boron containing compound e. G. Urine or melamine and boric acid, borax, as the raw materials, mixed and reacted in high-temp electric furnace at 1100 degree, refine at 2000 degree, in vacuum electric furnace may improve the quality of product.
In abroad, the manufacturing technique of boron nitride is similar to us. But the choice of raw materials is different. We employ the melamine and anhydrous borax as raw materials. And then we refine it in the high temperature about 2000 degree, thus the quality of boron nitride can be improved.
The typical applications is: Solid lubricant for high-temperature applications, mold release agent for die casting and injection molding, raw material for cubic BN, composite ceramics, e. g. Evaporation boats etc.
Dandong Chemical Engineering Institute-DCEI was founded in 1966 and was converted into Limited Liability Company in 2001 to enable increased funding and faster development.
