1. Advanced technology.
The product uses high-performance SCM PIC18F, intelligent touch buttons, a large-screen backlight LCD display, a multilevel Chinese menu, cursor instruction and digital control, which meet the automatic control and higly-efficient production needs of modem electroplating.
2. Complete functions and optional working modes.
There are a variety of built-in working modes and current calculation functions (amphere-hour meter), including standard mode, multi-step power supply mode and soft start mode, which can better meet the requirements of modern platiing processes.
3. All-digital technology, high precision, excellent stability.
The product uses a double SCM system and unique control mode, which is characterized by simple operation, fast response, high priecision and strong adaptability to loading changes.
4. Perfect self-check function.
The main internal components are equipped with a failure-identification system. When any internal comphonet or inpur power network is abnormal, the alarm system will shut dowm the equipment, sound an alarm, provide related information in Chinese, and lock down the failure.
5. Complete protection function
It has various functions to protect against input over-voltage, phase loss, over-current output, short circuits and overheating, and it also has memory function of power-down parament mode, which facilitates a long-time stable operation.
6. Measuring and monitoring.
It can monitor and control the operating congdition of the power through PC and field bus (special software for automatically controlles systems ). Centralized and automated control over power supply (code 06-6)
