Product Description
High carbon steel strip is valued for its strength properties and operates at significantly higher levels than the mild steel grades. In addition, it is capable of being through-hardened by heat treatment.
Applications: Cutting tool, power saws and band saws, automobile industry - clutch, horn diaphragms, seat belts and brake assemble, chain links, circlips and washers, medical - surgical blades etc.

Thickness: From 0.25mm (0.0098" ) to 3.80mm (0.15" ). Tolerance: +/-0.01mm to +/-0.05mm. For other thicknesses, inquire.
Width: From 2.00mm (0.0787" ) to 405mm (16.00" ). Tolerance: +/-0.10mm to +/-0.15mm. For other widths, inquire.
Surface finish: Bright and matt.
Edges finish: Slit edges, de-burred edges and rounded edges.
Flatness: When a five-meter length of the strip is allowed to lay on a flat surface no part of the strip shall lift more than 5mm from the flat surface by its own weight.
Camber: Maximum tolerance on edge camber in any 2000mm length is 10mm.
Inner diameter (ID): 305 mm (12" ), 406 mm (16" ), 508 mm (20" ).

In addition, we invest in the manufacture of solar products, namely solar cells, solar modules, on-grid and off-grid PV application system, which are exported to Europe, South America, the Middle East and other countries.
