High Efficiency Wood Sawdust Rotary Drying Machine
Drying is important before briquetting process. To get the superior quality of biomass briquettes with high density, it is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% before loading them into briquette machine, so sawdust and other kinds of biomass need to be dried first. The selection of drying plant models depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.
Rotary Drying machine is special designed to dry the Wood material which combines the function of drying and cooling, so it can save 30-50% energy.
Rotary drying machine shows the features of perfect drying effect, easy operation, high efficiency and easy control of drying. It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%. It has the larger capacity, can meet the needs of high capacity.
Working Principle of the drying machine:
Sawdust drying machine includes: Heat furnace, the feed mouth, rotating cylinder, filter tube, material conveying pipe, the cooling tube and the discharge port. Rotating wheel cylinder is located in the driving roller, the initiative drive wheel driven by motor and gearing-down in low-speed. There is a feed mouth between heat furnace and rotating cylinder. The rotating cylinder has a stir-frying lamina. There is a baffle between rotating cylinder and the filter tube, which also has a hole. The filter tube was connected with therotating cylinder at one end and materials at the other end. There is a baffle in the filter tube and a slagging whole at the bottom. The cooling tube was connected with the material conveying pipe at one end and the discharge port at the other end.
As a result of the above-mentioned structure, so the sawdust can be fully dried in the rotating cylinder and the sawdust can be fully spread again before delivering into the material conveying pipe. The impurity can be blocked by the baffle, so that the quality of the sawdust can be guaranteed when it is in the material conveying pipe. Sawdust is ebullience fluidizd after the action of the blowpipe and the cylindrical vessel. The utility model has a simple structure, easy to use and so on.
