High Temperature Resistant Powder Coating
1. Introduction
Our company developed high-temperature resistant powder coatings, it is not a simple sense of the organic material made of mixed melting and fine grinding, but they are specific scientific analysis, using a unique process recipe, for a purpose related to the organic materials of chemical synthesis, special treatment and the production of a complex production process. It is a high temperature resistance, transgression, decay and other high performance special functional powder coatings.
2. Applications
The high temperature powder coating is widely used in electrical appliances, metallurgy, petroleum, aviation, chemicals, medicine, foodstuff and other industries. Such as: Barbecue stove, heater, high power lighting, heating pipes, car and motorcycle mufflers, furnaces, chimneys and other high temperature equipment.
3. Construction conditions
1. Workpiece pre-treatment: Degreasing, phosphate-generation processing. If the substrate after blasting treatment there will be a better effect.
2. Spray conditions
A: Spray gun: Electrostatic powder gun;
B: Voltage: 50-70kw;
3. Curing conditions: 190 C / 15min.
