T. I. D. REFLECTIVE INDUSTRY Co., Ltd. is the first factory which invented reflective digitally material used in advertising field and traffic field.
1. Has a high reflectivity index (>>200pcpl) as such advertisement billboards and signages under dark conditions can be illuminated via a single light source. Another unique feature of reflective digitally material is that ambient light from city lightings causes a flashing effect on the signages and billboards attracting attention from passer-by.
2. Special crystal glow properties reflective digitally material combined many proven optical theories to create a glow effect that cannot be achieved by normal reflective materials. This special effect enhances the vibrancy of the advertisement and signage.
3. Even transparency the translucence property(25-35 of light to pass through) and even distribution of light allow the materials to be used for both outdoor and indoor applications.
4. Color fastness UV8 color fastness grade and less than 10 yearly fading rated. This is especially important for light box application.
5. Good ink adsporption surface property this feature directly determines the color richness. Color fastness and fading resistance property of the finished advertisements or signages. Reflective digitally material has a good ink adsorption and quick dry property hence enabling bright and realistic color effect on the printed subject.
6. Water proofing reflective digitally material as a whole is graded a class.
7. Weatherproof cold weather and direct sun heat resistant. In general application, reflective digitally material is rated to last for 36 months under outdoor conditions.
T7100 series reflective printing fabric and T7200 series reflective printing film are our newly developed products. Compared with reflective film, our reflective printing film is not only used in lettering but also used in advertising inkjets. At present, our new materials are used in AD Field and Traffic Field.
