The forming machine is the main equipment for make the paper pulp moulding products, it adopt water as medium, adopt vacuum attach method, use different form mold, make different form products.
The forming machine correspond with our egg tray production line is use rotary attach method, every kinds of forming mold would be used, especially the forming mold like the bring lid egg box which is concave attach, it have more advantage for use this equipment than use coordinate form, fluctuate form, to-and-fro form forming machine. After the forming mold rotary go into pulp tank, and rotary leave the pulp tank, so even the forming mold is concave(for instance: Bring lid egg box forming mold), it won't bring out the phenomenon that there are spilth paper pulp serous in the mold, the bring lid egg box or other products will have equality thickness, short dehydrate time. They're spray equipment spray water to the forming mold when the forming mold leave paper serum, to brush off the product's bur, made the products' edge more lubricity, appearance formation. And spray out the Superfluous paper pulp cling to the forming mold edge, keep the location where the forming mold conjugate with shift mold. Keep precision of join mold. After forming, the automatism shift institution and shift mold will lay the products onto the dry conveyer blandly, products distort diminutively.
