Product Description
VSI Sand making machine is a newly researched equipment, with international advanced level.It is especial suitable for making building sand and paving sand. Because of its low wearable feature, sand making machine is also used in high abrasiveness and secondary crushing industry.The sand making machine integrates three crushing modes, and can continuously work for 720 hours. Higher crushing chamber, greater crushing impact. During the parts and material procurement, production and processing, the quality is strictly controlled. Wearing parts is optimally allocated for longer service life.
Working principle:
Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several tomes; Finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine; However overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made accoding to customers requirement. If input size is largeer than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.
