Product Description
Introduction of plastic composite hose: Spoolable fiber or steel wire reinforced plastic composite pipe for corrosion collection and injection, including general and acidic liquids or gases / water / crude oil / refined oil, alcohol and so on.
This kind of hose was designed by three thermoplastic inner layer of helically wound continuous fiber or steel wire reinforced high strength metallic structural layer, protective layer of thermoplastic.
As a thermoplastic inner layer of corrosion resistant medium transport layer, non-metallic pipeline structureto provide integrity protection of the protective layer bearing thermoplastic fibers.
Technical overview:Thermoplastic inner line layer, as for conveying a fluid (liquid or gas), the transport layer mainly use high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which can be resistant corrosion.
Thermoplastic protective layer is a protective high-density polyethylene (HDPE). We usually provide. standard black jacket, which provides a minimum of 20 years of protection against exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light. This kind of composite hose of white color can absorb low heat and provides UV protection for at least 20 years. Yellow jacket are frequently used utilities industry.
Advantages of composite fleixble pipe:
1. The thermoplastic inner layer could protect the pipeline from corrosion and save the money for restrain the corrosion.
2. It could make the project construction easier and simpler, reduce the cost for instead of traditional steel pipeline and glass fiber pipeline.

3. Structural layer is between thermoplastic inner layer and the protective layer. It can move freely, thus the the bend radius is smaller and easier to use in the field and transpor.
