Description
For applications requiring exhaust pressure of 3Mpa, piston and twin-screw tandem middle&high pressure screw compressors are used in the Chinese market. However, those machines have complicated structure, high vibration, high exhaust temperature, high fault rate and poor reliability. The medium and high pressure single screw compressors developed by our company have effectively solved the above mentioned problems.

Features
A. The singe screw meshes with the left and right star wheels, ensuring mechanical equilibrium under pressure, as well as low vibration and low noise.
B. The product main parts is equipped with super heavy duty bearings and labyrinth seal, so it is leakage-free.
C. Built-in lubricant channel and gear pump internal pressure adjustment are adopted, which achieves the best lubrication and sealing while prolonging the operating life of the compressing machine.
D. The single-head compressor is simple in structure, durable, and easy to maintain.
E. Our high pressure screw compressor is equipped with a pressure relief device, porviding excellent safety and reliability.
F. Adopting high pressure cooler with special water cooling method, our medium and high pressure screw compressors are able to run at a low temperature under high pressure, thus enjoying extended service life.
