DESCRIPTION:
1.TY·HJ350 is a kind of smelting mid-Mn, mid-Si and mid-Fluoride flux
2. It looks like brown or light-yellow glassy particles with the mesh of 8-40( that is 2.5-0.38mm) or 14-40( that is 1.5-0.38mm).
3. During the course of welding, either direct-current or alternating-current main can
be used while welding wires are connected to the positive electrode when the former is adopted
4. Its welding performance is excellent, with stable arc and fine welding bead.
Applications:
1.It can be used in the welding of low-alloy steel ( such as 16Mn , 15MnV , 15MnVN )structures in conjunction with welding wires such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08Mn2Mo, etc.
2. It is widely used in the welding of ships, boilers, and high-pressure vessels, etc
3. When the flux is made into fine particle size, HJ350 can be used in the fine-wire submerge-arc welding of thinplate structures.
CAUTIONS:
1. Impurities, such as oil soil, moisture, iron rust, on the welding surface must be
removed before welding
2. The welding flux must be baked for 2 hours at the temperature of 300-350 centigrade before build-up welding.
