Three-Dimensional Hot Stamping Paste
I.Properties:
(1) Appearance: slight-white latex
(2) Composition: Mainly consisting of high molecular polymers
(3) Ion type: Negative ion type or Non-ionic type
II. Characteristics
(1) Good screen printing properties, short bronzing time
(2) Smooth surface, good brightness, three-dimensional sense

V. Printing processes
(1) Printing golden paste---air drying---attaching gold foil against the fabric, hot pressing---taking off the bronzing paper---forming
VI. Precautions:
(1) Points, lines and small sized patterns have better bronzing and printing effect.
(2) In order to prevent part of the printed golden patterns from peeling off which will affect the integrity and beauty of the patterns, some special paste similar to the bronzing paper may be added during bronzing process.
(3) Generally, bronzing is carried out under a temperature of about 150°C for 6 to 8 seconds; Both temperature and time should be precisely controlled.
(4) Do not take off the bronzing paper abruptly, take if off along the warp or weft direction of the fabric.
(5) The quality guarantee period is 6 months under room temperature
