Product Description
Working Procedures
The raw material Liquid is transferred into the high speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the drying tower through the feeding pump, and then it is sprayed through the holes of spray nozzle, under the centrifugal effect, forming fine mist group.
The air is blast into steam heating exchanger and electrical heater through filter, reaching 180~200 degree centigrade, and then it will be filtered through the high efficient air filter and spread by the hot air distributor equably.At this moment, the hot air and raw material would be fully blended, the water in raw material would be quickly evaporated, and the dry powder will fall into the bottom of the drying tower cone.
The fine powder and end gas will be separated by cyclone separator though the discharging pipe.The product will be separated through the bottom of two class cyclone separator.The fine granules and end gas will be purified by entering the spray dust collector.The end gas will reach emission standard and then be discharged outside.
