The Principle of Hydro Pneumatic Cylinder
Hydro pneuatic cylinder is combined the oil pressure cylinder and booster together for taking pure gas pressure as the power source. It makes use of the different size of booster, the cross-section area compression ratio and Pascal energy conservation principe. Because of constant pressure, when th ecompression area change from small to large, the pressure would vary with the size, so as to raise the gas pressure to tens. Taking the prepress standard hydropneumatic cylinder as an example: When the work gas pressure on the hydraulic oil(or working piston)surface, hydraulic oil would flow to the prepress stroke cavity because of the air pressure, then the hydraulic oil would promote the workpiece to move rapidly, when the workpiece is meet the resistance larger than teh gas pressure, it stop move. As the point, the booster cavity star move because of the signal(or pneumatic signal)to boost then achieve teh purpose of molding products.
