Product Description
Introduction
Our inductive transducers are with features of complete variety, wide measuring range and high precision, could be applied in products inspection in the workshop as well as in the metrology room. At present, Transducers made by Zhongyuan Measuring Instrument are widely applied in many industries in China and overseas, in precise measuring dimensions, shapes and position errors. Main parts of the inductive transducer include measuring bar, magnetic core, coil. Workpiece displacement causes the change of relative position of magnetic core and coil to change the inductance value of the coil, the changed signal is send to the electronic part to be amplified and rectified, then displayed in the form of analogue or digital signal.
Classifications
Classified by principle: Differential motion-type and differential transformer-type.
Classified by measuring bar motion: Spring type and pneumatic type.
Classified by structure: rolling guide type, slide guide type and lever type.
The structure of most of the transducers is rolling-guide and spring-return which is called basic-type.
Working principle of pneumatic propulsion type transducer: the measuring bar is pushed with filtered & voltage-stabilized 0.05~0.1MPa clean air, and the measure bar returns to original position when the air supply stops.
