Product Description
Vibrating Screen is new type series of vibrating screen which is designed based on the needs of domestic requirements. It absorbs overseas technology and summarize design and years praitical experience.
1. Application of Vibrating Screen
Vibrating Screen is primarily applied in coal, metallurgical, power generation, building material, water conservancy, light and chemical industries and other industries. Always it is a highly efficient screening machine to classify coal, ore, coke and other bulk materials.
It is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields: minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, chemical industry, smelting and so on.
2. Working Princple and Structural Feature of Vibrating Screen
The screen is operated by electric motor to drive vibrator with eccentric mass via deltabelt, allowing screen box to vibrate, with the motional orbit of the screen box being circular. The screen is composed of screen box, vibrator, spring, damping, supporting underframe and others. The screen box uses the advanced ring groove rivet for connection and si of frame structure.
The vibrator adopts eccentric shaft and eccentric block and the spring damping devices uses steel spiral spring.

It is in the east of the provincial capital of Zhengzhou city, there is Hulaoguan Three Kingdoms Battlefield Site; West of Luoyang which is ancient capital of nine dynasties, there is longmen Grottoes which is one of China four famous cave; South of the songshan mountain, there are shaolin Temple and songyang Scademy; North of the Yellow River, there is Sihe yanliu scenic district; Lianhuo Expressway, the Longhai Railway zhengzhou-Xi′ An high-speed rail pass through from east to west, Yellow River bridge line pass through south to nouth. Location is good and transportation is convenient.
