PVC Crust Foam Board Production Line / semi-crust plastic foam board production line is developed on the basis of our company combination of advanced foreign technologies. The plastic foam device consists of conical twin screw extruder, plate molds, vacuum forming and eight sets of rollers traction auxiliary components.
PVC Crust foam board production line can produce the crust foam board which width is 400-1220mm, and the thickness is 3-30mm. Crust foam board using Celuka (Celuka structural-foam process) technology foam, surface layer not only flat and smooth compared with the free foaming, with great crust hardness and stiffness, mechanical properties significantly larger than the free foam , very broad application prospects.
PVC Crust Foamed Plate Production Line components:
Extruder system: The production line using KDPS-80 extruder, the design of the screw meet the technological characteristics, large amount of extrusion, material cut uniform, high efficiency extrusion.
Mould system: Adopts crust foam board dedicated flow channel structure, so that the material extruded foam evenly.
Cooling and shaping system: The pressure plate structure, hydraulic system control, easy to control the dimensional accuracy of the sheet material. The design of cooling pipe system make the plate cooling more evenly and finalize the design quickly.
