Product Description
The catheter includes an inner tubular member and an outer sleeve member into which the inner tubular member is freely movably received.
The inner tubular member has a section with calibrated markings.
The calibrated section is spaced from the end adapted to be received in the urethra, by a distance equal to the length of the outer sleeve member.
The outer sleeve member has an outwardly flared end adapted to be situated adjacent the external urethral meatus.
The non-flared end of the sleeve member is used as a pointer against the calibrated markings to determine the length of the urethra.
LUBRICATION:lubricate the latex urethral catheter with medicallubricants before use.et the superlubricos cath ster with sterile water before use and superlubricous can be achieved without any lubricants.
INSERTION:carefully insert the lubricated catheter into the bladder(normally indicated by urine flow),then a further 3cm.
WATER FILLING :hold hte value bush,insert the the syringe without needle into the value and introduce rated amount of sterile water.After that,pull softly the catheter outward until bladder is choked by the inflated balloon.
TAKING OUT :when taking out the catheter from the bladder ,insert an empty syringe into the valve and let the water flow out naturally,or cut off the shaft for quick drainge of water.
RETENTION TIME: The reteninon tiome os deternined in accordance with the clinical and nursing requirements.
