Trade terms of chinese pellet machine
1.？Payment terms:we accept 30% deposit, 70% upon receipt of the copy of BL or LC.

2.？Delivery terms:10-15 days after getting your deposit for the single machine and 30-60 days for the wood pellet mill production line according to the quantity that customer order.

3.？Warranty:？The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of？one year？from the date of exporting date. If any part (excluding easily damaging parts) is found defective in quality in？one year, we shall replace it for free. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.

4.？Installation and training:？We can send our professional engineer team to provide the installation, traning and trial run in your place for the wood pellet mill production line. But the relevant cost shall be borne by you (round trip air ticket, board and lodging). You can also send engineers to our company？o get training for free.
