Product Description
Welding manipulator is used when the weld head has to be moved to a position relativeto the work piece. It provide the perfect solution as the boom can be liftedand lowered on the column and can be extended or retracted as required, Theends of boom are machined to carry a welding head; And can composed of autowelding mechanical equipment via welding rotator, welding p-ositioner andwelder, widely applied to industries such as boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum, chemical industry and mechanism.
1. Structure: Stationary, stationary and revolve, moving and revolve type.
2. Cross section of boom and column are rectangular-sec-tion beams, withdouble-rail, welded into shape, stress-relieved andmechanical machined finely, ensuring higher precision.
3. Droopingof boom along horizontal travel is 2mm/m. + Boom lifting device includingratchet-type anti-dripping unit on the column, safe and reliable to preventc-hains from incidental broken.
4. Guide roller is eccentric structure, decrease clearance between roller and railsurface, ensuring smooth and no shivering boom travel.
5. Column revolve unit has motor driven and manual d-rive type.
6. Control box includes control box and pendant, interface with positioner androtator also prepared.
