Product Description

 1. It's suitable for BOPP, PET, PVC, PE and combined film and paper with the same properties, its printing speed is 80-100m/min, while the mechanical speed is 120/min.
2. The main transmission device adopts electrician frequency inverter to control the vector motor. The transmission reaches to gear case and then the gears disconnected by the centrifugal gear. 3. The installation of printing cylinders adopts air cylinder to pull the core of axis to install the cylinders. The horizontal adjustment adopts the movement of screw. Performance: reduce time of replacing the printing cylinders, assure the boards to be concentric and improve the quality of product.
4. The material receiving and feeding adopts dual station. The material-feeding shelf reverse manually. the traction tension of material receiving and feeding adopts automatic tension, the material receiving adopt moment motor controlling, the material feeding adopts magnetic powder tension control. 5. The pressing lifting adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure and solenoid valve to locate the position, which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder when the machine stops working. Performance: assure the average of pressure and color chromatic aberration.
6. The ink scraper can be adjusted up and down as well as its position. The scraper adopts dual cylinder, moves horizontally, and adopts motor rotation to make the cam move.
7. The vertical registration adopts clutch. The manual horizontal adjustment scope is 30mm.
8. The oven has dual fans installed on the board and the air-circulation and heat-recycle device. The electric quartz tubes are installed averagely in each group of ovens at their blowing mouth to heat the temperature is controlled by intelligent thermo-controller. Every top oven adopts centrifugal fan to cool the film to assure the cooling of film. Performance: save electric power.
