Product Description
Main Characteristics:
1. Blade Feeding: Use hydraulic system for feeding blade which makes the cutting more precise. The feeding speed is adjustable. The cutter angle can turn left or right automatically. The function if very useful when cutting tapes in different diameter. It can also improve the cutting precision and make the operating simpler.
2. Precision Cutting Position Fix: Use servo motor driving, linear guide rail and ball screw bar to fix position; All these devices are very precise and stable so as to assure the precise cutting.
3. Security System: There are many mechanical devices and electromagnetic inductors adopted on the machine for protecting the user and machine itself and, once the air pressure is out of safe value and the clamp opened accidently, the machine will automatically start the protection system and alarm so as to protect the user.
4. Control System and Function Input: Use PLC for data processing and function controlling. All the operations are centralized to the control panel; There are two control panels on the machine, one is the touch screen and the other one is the operating panel. It is very convenient because the user can control the machine from the both places. Besides, all the setting is on the touch screen and can set 10 different sizes at a working cycle.
