Product Description

The new WPM 650 from Huayue is designed to apply window from roll as well as a cut film by pick and place in one working step. The high quality used material allows a constant gentle transport of the material by the machine and to get a high output and less waste. Many control and setup functions guaranty a perfect result, even by running with high speed. In the design of the machine was worked specifically on the user-friendliness. The machine is equipped with a feeder, chain register, vacuum conveyor, shingling belt, facon glue unit, hot glue unit, pick & place, film cut cylinder from roll. All functions and set ups are displayed on a wide touch screen. Working principal: Feeder: The high quality time belt friction feeder is easy to set up. Side and front guides makes sure to separate the products and to bring them safe to the chain register. The cam is easy to set up for the different length of the boxes. The system can run depends of the size of the product with 1 or 2 boxes per cycle. Chain Register: The chain register has two chains with pusher guides which guaranty the perfect position of the boxes before they move on the vacuum conveyor. The chains can be set up for all different shapes of boxes. The vacuum conveyor is special designed for fixing the products without any possibility that they can move, even if the machine is running with high speed. The shingling belt can be set up for different length of products, this makes sure, that the products are not damaged and it makes it easy to collect them in the end of the conveyor. A special counting system let you give the possibility to count same piles. Cold glue cylinder On the cylinder will be placed a cliche with the shape of the glue form what has to be apply on the box. The cylinder has the same diameter as one circle of the cam, this guaranties to apply the glue every time on the right position of the box, even if you run 1 or 2 boxes per cycle. The setup has different possibilities to adjust for the right position and the thickness of the material. The cleaning process is very easy and safe for the conveyor belt to keep it clean, because the glue system can be moved out of the machine for cleaning. All function and actions are controlled by photocells or switches, to make sure, that the machine cannot run if the glue system is not in the correct position. Error massage will be displayed on the touch screen. High speed pick & place system The pick & place system is driven by servo technology, which allows to place the plastic film every time on the right position. The setup is easy; The correction for the side position will be done by a hand wheel and the start and stop position in the length of the product, will be setup on the touch panel. The pick & place system is equipped with a warning system for empty magazine and missed window. Film cutting and apply system The system is driven by servo technology, the film lengths can be set up at the touch screen and the side position is easy to set up by screw or moving left and right. The vacuum drum takes the cut film and applies it on the box. All systems are controlled by photocell. Hot glue system The machine is equipped with hot glue system to fix the window of the pick & place system, this makes sure, that the cold glue has time to glue the window with the box together. The standard system has two hot glue guns and can be setup at the plc touch screen.
