INDUSTRIAL Laser diode modules are simple cost effective laser sources. They incorporate a semiconductor laser diode circuit, collimating lens and laser diode drive circuit, packaged in a rugged housing to provide continuous or pulsed laser output.
Elite have many types of DOT laser diode module for different application. The light spot can e ellipse and round shaped with varied beam size, aperture and divergence. The difference depends on the glass lens or plastic lens. Customers can chose different types according to their specific applications.
Note:
1) The DOT laser module has different kinds of lens available for different application. We still have more models like ELxxDxxIG4, ELxxDxxIG5, and ELxxDxxIG10 and so on.
2) Dimensions minimum ¢ 6.5*11mm to maximum ¢ 26*110mm. Elite Optoelectronics also could offer more kinds of mechanical dimension by customers' requirements
3) Divergence varies from minus 0.1mrad to minus 0.6mrad
4) DOT laser module still have more wavelength, such as 405nm 480nm 780nm 808nm 850nm 980nm.
5) Beam size varies from < ¢ 1mm(@1m) to < ¢ 10mm (30m).
