Rotary Damper Resistance and The Testing Method
In the production testing under normal 27.5 degree, put the rotary damper on the axis rotating in a speed of 36r/min, and the resistance in the 3rd rotate is the standard one. Commonly, the resistance can be adjusted from 8kg to 40kg.

Pay Attention:
? Prohibit using rotary damper for object movement of the stop device, otherwise the person and the mechine injury accident happens.
? Additional torque above used will cause the oil spilling, reduce life spans shaft damage even happen person and mechine injury accident, please use within the scope of the maximum torque.
? Under the condition of insufficient strength of the installation, it is forbidden to movement, or it will cause the mechanical damage and personal safety accident risk.
? Please do not use in a vacuum or high pressure environment so as to avoid mechanical damage.
? Please install correctly, don't radial load pressure with the axial tensile load of the product, this will cause the product oil spilling, torque badness, body damage ( gear products will appear fall off phenomenon).
? Discarding the oil of the rotary damper will cause the pollution of environment.
