HIGH TEMPERATURE CHAIN LUBRICANT HTC220
DESCRIPTION:
HTC 220 High Temperature Chain Lubricant is a synthetic product specifically designed for the lubrication of chains operating at high temperatures. Formulated from a blend of advanced fully synthetic fluids.
HTC. 220 High Temperature Chain Lubricant exhibits outstanding thermal stability and will not degrade below 220°C so there is no "sludging", carbonising, varnishing or solid "build-up", this is coupled with excellent lubricity and anti-wear properties. The product will coat the chain upon application and penetrate between the links and pins to provide reduced wear and extended equipment lifetime. The product benefits from an exceptionally high viscosity index, which enables the lubricant film to remain in place even at high temperatures.
HTC220 High Temperature Chain Lubricant is in a liquid form and can be applied by spray, brush, chain bath or automatic centralised lubricating equipment.
APPLICATIONS:
Applications include most chains operating at high temperatures (up to 260°C, higher for short periods) bakery chains, glass manufacturing machinery, high temperature stenter chains, paper mills, steel works, foundry plant and most applications where a clean, solid -free product is required.
