Suggestions for construction of high temperature glass wool:
Weld pins on equipment surface in advance, and then tie high temperature glass woo1 onto equipment surface by wire. When temperature of the equipment to be insulated exceeds 250, it had better adopt double layer thermal insulation mode, and the joint between the exterior and the interior layers of glass wool shall be staggered, so as to avoid heat loss caused by heat bridge. When temperature of the equipment to be insulated exceeds 400, it is recommended to apply aluminum silicate with certain thickness for the interior layer, while the exterior layer adopts high temperature glass wool, and the joint between two layers shall also be staggered. Finally, a coating shall be wrapped around the surface. By such way, it can not only protect glass wool, but also meet the requirement of beautiful appearance.
