Product Description

High Temperature Resistance Green Retaining Compounds SA4648

SA4648, is one-component, high strength, high temperature resistant, fast cure anaerobic retaining sealant for cylinder body hole/shaft fitting parts. It cures when confined between two close fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air.

Usage
For dynamic load conditions or cyclical load conditions. High temperature, fast curing, used for
Retaining fitting clearance less than 0.15mm hole / shaft fit.

Operation
1. For the better results, clean all the surfaces(external and internal) with our A6755 cleaning
And allow to dry and oil.
2. For slip fitted Assemblies, apply adhesive around the leading edge of the pin and the inside of the collar and use a rotating motion during assemble to ensure good coverage; For Press Fitted Assemblies, apply adhesive thoroughly to both bond surfaces and assemble at high press on rates; For shrink Fitted Assemblies, the adhesive should be coated onto the pin, the collar should then be heated to create sufficient clearance for free assembly.
3. Assembled parts should not be disturbed until sufficient handing strength is achieved
