Product Description
1. Outline
ZW8-12 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a kind of three-phase outdoor high-voltage switchgear of rated voltage 12kV and AC 50Hz.
Its population structure is three-phase together box type. Three-phase vacuum arc-extinguish chamber palaces in a metal cabinet, using the SMC insulating material to insulate inter-phase and phase to earth, which is reliable in performance and high in insulating intensity.
ZW8-12G is combined with ZW8-12 circuit breaker and isolating sword, called combination circuit breaker and used as a section switch.
This circuit breaker conforms to national standard GB1984-89 "A. C. High voltage Circuit breaker" and international electrician committee standard IEC56 "High-pressured Exchange Circuit breaker" request.
Circuit breaker main characteristic
A. Uses the vacuum extinguishing of arc, opens breaks the ability strongly, the electricity life is long, mechanical life 10, 000;
B. Structure simple, exempts the maintenance, the overhaul period is not long;
C. Insulating ability good, the anti- contamination ability is strong;

E. The internal installation current transformer measuring accuracy reaches 0.2 level, may realize the three-phase differential motion protection;
F. Congeals the dew controller, can maintain the circuit breaker under the certain temperature humidity the reliable movement.
2 Circuit breaker exploitation conditions
A. Surrounding air temperature upper limit +40 degree lower limits general areas -30 degree, high and cold area -40 degree;
B. Elevation does not surpass 1000m;
C. Wind pressure does not surpass 700Pa (to be equal to wind speed 34m/s);
D. Earthquake intensity does not surpass 8;
E. Air contamination degree III level
