Product Description

1. Structure
The frame structure of the substation is made of channel steel and angle steel resulting in high mechanical strength. Its enclosure is made of colored steel plate, cold rolled plate, stainless steel, glass-fabric special cement, aluminum alloy and copper aluminum zinc plate which is even and smooth in surface, good looking and anti-corrosion.

The compartments in substation are separated independently with partitions in between

Double tier structure for the top cover avoids direct thermal radiation.

There is drain fan mounted at top of the transformer to control temperature of transformer compartment automatically and enhance air convection to lower the room temperature

There are lighting lamps controlled by the door in transformer compartment, low voltage compartment and high voltage compartment for the convenience of inspection and reparation.

Rotational linking parts are sealed with rubber bends with better wet-proof performance

2. Working conditions
Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m
Ambient temperature no higher than 45 centigrade, nor lower than -25centigrade
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35m/s
Relative humidity daily average no greater than 95% at 25 centigrade and monthly average no greater than 90% at 25 centigrade
Installation site should be free from frequent severe vibration and shock, potential explosion, severe pollution and chemical corrosion

3. Product features
There are automatic temperature controlling device, exhaust blower, heating and dew against device in the substation
Characteristic: Fastness, heating insulation, ventilation, good performance, guards against the micro-organism, moisture proof, nice looking, convenient maintenance, occupies little ground and so on.
At the high voltage side, use breaking switch and current limited fuse as the protector for the transformer. When the current limited fuse was fused, the three phase load breaking switch will cut off. The high voltage side also can adopt the vacuum breaker as the protector

At the bottom of the transformer, the pony truck can be installed, which can pass in and out freely for the inspection

The wiring and arrangement are various, in terms of different environment and condition, it can adopt different structures and covering material.
